adequate stay, but improvements needed
elevator noise malfunctioning heating
The room i had was quite small. i encountered noise from the elevator, it caused disturbance, and several sleepless nights resulted. also, the heating system didn't function. I was uncomfortably cold .

convenient location friendly staff improper bedding faulty heating
the location was very convenient to move around. it was easy to get to manhattan or jfk. the staff members were friendly and always kept us comfortable. there were many places in the neighborhood to get food.
the bedding was not up to normal hotel standards. the duvet was not in a proper duvet cover. the heating was way too hot. i could not change it.

a decent stay overall
convenient location subway lines safe neighborhood poor air conditioning unhelpful staff lackluster cleanliness
the location was quite convenient for accessing various subway lines. it was easy to find supermarkets and restaurants nearby. i felt safe in the neighborhood at all times.
the air conditioning barely worked during some very hot days. the staff did not offer much help. the room's cleanliness was not excellent at all.

The location was acceptable, near transportation and shops.
The room I got felt cramped. It wasn't comfortable for the number of people in my party. This was frustrating, especially at the price I paid per night.

efficient lifts king bed city view friendly staff
i liked my guest room. it had one king bed and a city view. the lifts were efficient, transporting guests quickly to various floors. the front desk staff impressed me with their warm welcome. they were friendly during the check-in process.
I noticed a small issue. The room lacked a microwave. this would have been useful for heating up quick snacks.

The staff was helpful and available 24 hours, providing consistent support whenever i needed assistance. they addressed my questions promptly and efficiently. the housekeeper maintained a clean, cosy room . Her work was excellent.
